Common Medications Decrease Brain Function in Older Adults

A group of drugs commonly taken to address allergies, insomnia, motion sickness, or incontinence have been found to significantly increase the risk of memory loss in older adults.

These medicines include Benadryl, Excedrin PM, Unisom, Nytol, Paxil, and Detrol, amongst others.

Chronic Insomnia Shortens Life
